This
year, we will be at least one person short from the previous
years. Pete passed away June 20th of this year. He will
always be remembered (at least by me) as one of the nicest
people towards the kids each year at the reunion.
For
the past 2 years, Natalie and I have invited Tawny and
Joey (Joe/Rhoda's kids) to stay with us for the week either
before or after the reunion. We have had a bit of fun
each time they have stayed here, with last year consisting
of a trip to Paramount's Kings Island, a trip to Six Flags
Ohio, and some other various places. We are expecting
them back again this year, and in the works are trips
to Cedar Point (near Lake Erie), Kings Island, some mountain
climbing, and possibly a voyage around Lake Erie by a
chartered boat. Should be fun, if they can get away from
PA for the week after the reunion! If anyone else has
kids they would like to lend to us for the week after
the reunion, just drop me a line via the link at the bottom
of the page and I'll get ahold of you to discuss some
of the details.
